We have a wealth of experience in a number of different market sectors including; Manufacturing, engineering, bespoke software development, managed services, insurance, transportation, defence, local government and the NHS.

We bring a professional but pragmatic approach to all of our contracts. We build and nurture a collaborative ethos with your team to ensure your project is delivered on time and to budget. We are adept at using PRINCE2 for project assurance activities. We prefer to use one of the agile techniques, such as DSDM, RAD or Scrum, as our delivery method. However we also have extensive experience in delivering through a Waterfall approach if that is more appropriate.

Our consultants each bring many years experience with them. We normally engage in senior, interim management, consultancy or supervisory roles. We will also undertake team training, coaching or mentoring assignments as requested.
